Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the "Join our Newsletter Community  to win 2x player Party Tickets" 

  •  Players Party tickets:
  • RRP ($200 each)
  • Friday 20 March 2026, 6:30pm at the Lagoon Beach Club, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort
    Event Highlights:
  • Curated menu by Chef Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks
  • Rub shoulders with the stars of the 2026 Australian WPGA Championship
  • Premium Drinks
  • Hosted by Magdalena Roze

at the festival of Golf Gold Coast "  competition ("Competition") conducted by [Promoter Name] ("Promoter").

1.2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The Competition opens on 18th Feb 2026 , and closes on 5th March , at 11:59 PM AEST ("Competition Period").

2.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Competition is open to Australian residents only.

3.2. Participants must be [minimum age, if applicable] years or older.

3.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.4. Each participant may enter once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Method

4.1. To enter, participants must submit a written response via the official website during the Competition Period.

4.2. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted outside the Competition Period will be disqualified.

4.3. The Competition does not require a purchase to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

5.1. Four (2) winners will be selected at random.

5.2. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within [timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of the Competition closing.

5.3. Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels (TBC).

5.4. If a winner does not claim their prize within [e.g., 7 days], the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

6. Prizes

6.1. Each winner will receive one (2 tickets ) prize, chosen at random from the following:

  •  Players Party tickets:
    • RRP ($200 each)
    • Friday 20 March 2026, 6:30pm at the Lagoon Beach Club, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort
      Event Highlights:

6.2. The Festival of Golf Players Party Tickets.,  is subject to terms and conditions provided by Festival of Golf  (attached separately).

6.3. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6.4. Prizes will be distributed as follows:

  • winner 1 x 2 tickets 
  • winne r 2 x 2 tickets 

7. Publicity & Intellectual Property

7.1. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and entry for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.2. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including photographs and interviews.

7.3. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their entry for promotional purposes.

8. Liability & Indemnity

8.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures affecting entry submission
  • Prizes lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery

8.2. Participants agree to release and indemnify the Promoter from any liability arising from their participation in the Competition or acceptance of a prize.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

9.1. Personal information collected includes [e.g., name, email, phone number] and will be used solely for:

  • Administering the Competition
  • Notifying winners
  • Marketing purposes (if consent is given)

9.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfilment (e.g., ECCO, Mizuno, Birds of Condor).

10. Legal & Dispute Resolution

10.1. The Competition is governed by the laws of [state/territory, e.g., New South Wales].

10.2. Any disputes will be resolved at the Promoter’s discretion, and its decision is final and binding.

10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

11.2. Force majeure: The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

By entering this Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
