Fresh off her continued rise as one of golf’s brightest stars, major champion Lilia Vu is bringing her signature style to the course with a bold new collaboration with Rhone.

Women’s Golf magazine sat down with Lilia to talk golf fashion, confidence, and what it means to see her personality reflected in a collection designed for today’s modern golfer.

3. How do you balance style and performance when choosing what to wear on the course?

For me, it’s all about finding pieces that let me move freely and stay comfortable without sacrificing style. When I feel good in what I wear, performance and confidence follow.

4. Golf fashion has evolved a lot in recent years. What trends do you love most right now?

I am excited about all the current golf apparel trends and am open to wearing just about anything. There’s nothing I wouldn’t try.

10. Growing up, did you have any golf fashion icons or players whose style you admired?

My fashion icon would be Paula Creamer. She always wore pink, and I loved that.

I do think bold colors and fashion choices are becoming more accepted, especially as golf continues to have its moment in the fashion world, and I love that. It’s exciting to see more individuality and personality shine through in the game.

12. Comfort is key in long rounds. What do you look for in fabrics and fit when it comes to your apparel?

17. Beyond the course, what’s your go-to personal style—are you sporty, classic, casual, or bold?

I would say my personal style beyond the course would be a blend between sporty and classic.

18. If a fan wanted to recreate your signature on-course look, what advice would you give them?

My advice would be simple: wear anything that makes you feel your best. Confidence shows on the course, and when you feel good in what you’re wearing, it makes all the difference.

19. What excites you most about seeing your name and style reflected in a capsule collection with Rhone?

What excites me most is seeing my name and personal style reflected in a collection that truly feels like me. I love that Rhone is committed not just to performance and style, but also to Mental Fitness. Rhone is a brand that supports the whole athlete, on and off the course.

20. Finally. If you weren’t wearing fuchsia, what other color would you love to see in a future collection?

I love vibrant colors and enjoy bright, color-blocked outfits like pink on pink or navy on navy. While I don’t have any specific favorites, I do tend to avoid black. I’d be excited to see more bold colors in future collections.
